Here is the October 18th tournament schedule…
9:00 AM Line – Junior (U21) & Cadet (U18)
- 8:00 AM – Check-in & Bow Inspections Begin
- 8:45 AM – Judges Meeting (Brief rules overview and Q&A for archers and coaches)
- 8:55 AM – National Anthem
- 9:00 AM – Shooting Begins
- Awards at the completion
2:00 PM Line – Cub (U15), Bowman (U13) & Yeoman
- 1:00 PM – Check-in & Bow Inspections Begin
- 1:45 PM – Judges Meeting (Brief rules overview and Q&A for archers and coaches)
- 1:55 PM – National Anthem
- 2:00 PM – Shooting Begins
- Awards at the completion

- For questions or changes, please contact the event organizer directly
- Families with two or more archers may request a discount code
- Seating is limited to archers and coaches – please bring chairs
- Scoring will be done via cell phones
- Live scoring available at betweenends.com

Policies and Eligibility
- To qualify for the buckle award, archers must compete in four out of five events in the same class and division
- USA Archery dress code will be enforced
